Thank you so much for this! After years of singing to myself quietly in my bedroom (lol) I can only really do chest voice and falsetto with literally no in-between. Your videos are really helping me open up my vocal range and not sound like I'm stuck in Billie Eilish mode 😂

You are an outstanding vocal teacher! Honestly the best I have come across online. I'm 43 and been singing in choir and bands a long time, but have been more insecure with allowing my "true" voice to surface, however knowing I have it in me. The language you use to describe the process is brilliant - you are an artist and technically on point at the same time. Thank you for making these videos available.

Thank you for this excellent exercise. 🙏🏻 I tend to be afraid of the volume on my voice, and the instant I pull away from the volume my voice cracks, and this exercise helps me not to be as afraid, and let me enjoy the feeling of my muscles work. You’re a lifesaver! 🙏🏻🤗

This was awesome! Even just the singing in key or knowing what that means..clearly I'm not a singer...just hoping to get a better voice for myself. But, I need to heal after major surgery with loads of complications including pneumonia, but, once I can use my arm and breathe again, well, deep and without oxygen following me everywhere, then I will be practicing this along with everything else:) But getting to hear your voice even a bit, especially in this song brings me a big smile :) Hope you're doing great :) Thanks as always :)

I keep doing the puberty voice crack while getting too high. Is that a limit I should stick by, or is that crack what I'm trying to overcome? I also end up going into a sort of "AND I'LL BE HOLDING ON TO YOU" kind of line from 21 pilots (at the end of the song I think). I guess that's it's own technique, does it just have the same 'support' so to speak? I never realised belting was it's own thing and saw a tiktok of a girl belting for the first time and made me realise I don't know how to do that. Found the next step on my vocal journey with this, and added to my vocal training playlist :) Overall I think I have the right technique, but just need to train it so I can switch between the raspy "and I'll be holding on to you" 21 pilots lyrics and the smooth clean "I'm of the deep end" like the lady gaga song.
