Every time after doing your vocal exercises, I feel so relaxed in my throat! I'm definitely sticking to it. Having small and simple body exercises like some stretches for the neck, shoulders, and upper body would have been a big PLUS!!! Anyway, thank you so much!!

honestly...every song, every time you are done practicing is recommended. The title is just emphasizing intense singing for anyone looking up a cool down video for their voice, but do it every time you sing, make it a routine :)

I think you just have to stick out your tongue like we would normally do, but don't tighten it, keep the tongue in a relaxed form. ^^
