To be honest, I love her, but her vocal exercises sometimes are excessively and unnecessarily difficult. I even discussed that with my vocal coach and she told me that if I do them wrong, I will have the opposite result rather than improving. If you didn't do it well, not necessarily is your fault.

I’m just a little old country girl who just sang in the shower and almost a year ago started singing in church, I wouldn’t sing in front of anyone because of being ashamed and embarrassed, But now that I have Jesus I sing for him , but I’m still learning and when I feel I can’t hit the higher notes I don’t try because of the fear of straining or damaging something, So I’m going to start doing these exercises and venture out beyond my comfort zone.
