Adulting in Kpop is accepting Red Velvet is the GOAT. No matter the fandom. They are untouchable in discography and as a singing group.

Seulgi became my ult bias while searching for slowed k-pop songs 😭 I clicked on psycho and when her pre chorus came I HAD to know who it was that sang that 😂😂

What i love the most about this (besides their vocals obviously) is that they're just have fun and don't skip 1 beat. Like they're not even trying yet we all out here sounding like a goat in torment. How many groups can do it like they do. Wendy is the cheat code of vocalists

In Kingdom Come right after Wendy hits the high note she looks right down the barrel and goes "Wooo" like she's saying "Yeah I did that"

Red velvet is an organic growth group. From their achievement numbers to their personal skills. Each member started with strengths upon debut and as the group continued their career they quietly improved the other stats and all individually became better rounded… consistently challenging themselves further. Now they blurred the lines between roles and are able to seamlessly step in and out of any given role. It improved their teamwork and solidified their harmonies in ways others before them could not. Where red velvet is unique is they don’t wanna be be apart from each other (5 or nothing) but most other groups egos take over and one or two members feel they should shine on their own. This is one of the many reasons why rv will remain best group alive.

I think it was you who asked it one reaction.... "Did Wendy go to a Black Church on Sundays?" Crazy that such a tiny girl has a voice that just fills a room like that. Top discography in Kpop. Argue with the wall.
@infinitelocke11 ай бұрын
Yeah that was me😭😭she has a lot of soul when she sings. Similar to Christina Aguilera somewhat
@riffgroove11 ай бұрын
@infinitelocke I definitely made that connection as well. "X-tina" didn't get the recognition as a singer that she deserved. Not that she wasn't popular, because she obviously was, it's just that people seemed to concentrate more on her as an Idol, which I always thought was unfair.

Harmonies. And they all bring it on every single song. Irene's deeper tones... Joys energy and clarity... Yeri's smoothness. The consistency and stability across the board is insane. (And, on that Zimzalabim bridge: not Wendy belting with a smile on her face and then - without even catching her breath - bouncing around like she in a bounce house, lol). The ad-libs... This group is unreal. And the range of their discography - like you, their velvet side just destroys me, but these ladies deliver regardless of genre or tone. And you already know how I feel about Seulgi, lol. #OT5 (You chair dancing to Bad Boy made my day, lol)

Also, they might not appear on screen to prove it, but most of the time when you were pointing out a harmony saying it was one or two people, it was actually all five of them. They're voices just blend so well it's hard to tell sometimes. 😅

20:55 Yes, that's Joy! Sadly she's never in frame whenever she sings her beautiful adlib, but you can see her record that part in their Recording Behind for the song! 41:09 That was Seulgi's adblib 43:49 Pretty sure that was Wendy harmonizing with Joy People love to dismiss Irene and Yeri (hell even Joy) as vocalists, but for me all five girls play such a big part in making Red Velvet *Red Velvet*. It's their harmony, how different but still so complementary all their voices are and how much warmth they bring whenever they come together. I'm so happy especially Yeri got more recognition this comeback. Can you believe that she was under the weather and wasn't feeling her best when they recorded this? They're all such professionals, while still having so much fun singing together ♥

No one can deny Red Velvet is truly the Vocal Queens of KPOP 😊 First time watching on your channel and I enjoyed it. p.s Please do react ot their Chill Kill 3rd Full Album (b-sides) 🙏

Wendy has to be one of the top 5 greatest kpop singers male or female of all time. If anyone disagrees they're not being a truthful person. 30 years of kpop, Wendy top 5. She ain't even my bias.

In my opinion, positions in this group don't even matter anymore. I mean, you got Wendy rapping, and Irene and Yeri doing ad libs in the back, in their recent comeback title track. They all could do it if they wanted to.

lol the pause at 24:30 ..why'd you do that to Yeri 😆 Red Velvet really does have some of the best female vocalists Joy seemed like she was having such fun haha ^_^

That's true, but Peekaboo is actually mix of both Red and Velvet. It's just that in this video they categorized it under Velvet for the ease :)
