Amazing vocals, Boom..! What this shows, you can get great results and not spend 3 to 10k on a vintage Microphone. A good Valve mic a warm preamp giving some additional harmonic saturation and a compressor that’s on point is all you need. However, I would recommend you double stack the compressor for this type of vocal. Set the fist to compress a little lighter and the second a little heavier at a higher threshold so one does not work as hard for a slightly smoother result and keep the dynamics at lower levels.. love the Patch, I personally can’t justify the spend. When I can I will.. It would be good to use it on the master bus after summing to test different compressor, eq options.. Now it’s time to finish your master bus setup with some Analog gear. I recommend you’ll love the Bettermaker MB compressor and EQ with a SSL Fusion into a Dangerous DAC.. with your ears Wayne, you’ll burn buildings down..
