Get vocal resonance with this video. First you will learn how resonance works in your voice then we are going to do two resonance exercises to help you ad resonance to your voice and get great vocal resonance.
The video also includes a scientific explanation to answer the questions "what is resonance?" and "what are the benefits of having resonance in your voice". This will improve your vocal tone and help you sing louder without straining your voice.

Not only are you beautiful but your explanation on frequency and resonance was amazing. Although I am not a singer I do want to improve the frequency and resonate of my voice so I am doing these exercises. You have such control over your resonate its amazing. You gained a subscriber. Hope you don't mind.

Just discovered your videos and they are so simple yet so effective. I am not a singer but work with clients for confidence in presentations interviews etc and have known for a long time that it's not only 'all in the mind' since one's internal voice perception has a massive influence on how confident you feel. Thank you these are such good fun as well.

I really like the presentation. Especially the explanation of physics and physiology. It is often frustrating to try to understand these singing techniques with online videos because every one seems to have their own set of terms. Your approach makes the teaching much easier to follow. Having understood the physical framework, it also makes understanding other peoples' videos easier.

Love your videos for helping learn to sing - I have unfortunately developed muscle tension dysphonia, and my doctor has no advice or anything. I have no clue what to do. Been resting my voice for 6 weeks now and it's not getting much better. If I sing anything at all, it tenses right back up. Do you have a video that addresses things that could help for this? I was trying to learn to sing for 2 months and then this happened. Never had it before even though I used to sing lots before too. Neck injury isn't helping I would think.

New subscriber here! Finding your videos very helpful. Question: I notice the placement of the resonance changes if I change my regular hum to humming “ing” (mouth closed), in essence, just lifting my rear tongue up to meet my soft palate. It feels good but is it more correct? Less correct? Feels like it definitely increases that resonance but maybe there’s something to the regular hum that’s more beneficial. Thanks in advance for the response!
