Really great info. At about 3:00, you talk about posture; I'm a drummer and therefore slightly hunched at times. I've tried different throne heights, but when I'm reaching for the high ones (for me - like in Roll With The Changes [REO Speedwagon] I'm straining. Advice?

Imagine a string is attached to the crown of your head pulling you up gently. This will lengthen your neck and give you better posture. One important element of good posture in singing is to make sure your neck and throat have plenty of space for good sound.
