😊The Norwegian singer, now living in LA, Angelina Jordan (18) is not an artist who goes after quick fame and sings in a bikini, but an elegant artist for the big occasions. Which artist has sung for the Nobel Peace Prize twice, and she sings FIFA's official song before the upcoming World Cup. She has sung for 40,000 in concert with Nora Jones. She has helped to collect 21 million for children in need. Sung for many countries' heads of state on many big occasions. Concert in Las Vegas, with a number of other live concerts. Signed record deal with "Republic Records" at only 14 years old. The list is almost endless ... Young listeners will be reached when angelina wants it. She is so talented that no one can ignore her, and together with Rebpublic Records, her family, and herself, she actually sets the pace herself to total fame within 2/3 years I guess. Although she herself is an 18-year-old young lady, her taste in music is quality, and not just high bass in the stomach. When the next James Bond film is to be made, who do you think is in the spotlight for a possible theme song? The list of what Angelina has already been involved in is already so extensive that only a deep dive into her performances has to be searched online by yourself. It is too extreme to almost believe at the age of just turned 18!!!! All important people in the music industry know who she is and what she is good at on big occasions. I don't think anyone has the guts to suggest to her a fast track that doesn't suit her. Her integrity is too strong for that! - The remaining members of Queen allowed her to copyright her arrangement of Bohemian Rhapsody! (Translated by Google) 😊

On his cloud, Elvis discusses Angelina with his friends. Suddenly a gentleman with beautiful long hair and a full beard appears between them and smiles at them. He says: FATHER AND I DECIDED, TO SEND ANGELINA DOWN TO EARTH, TO HELP THE HUMANS FIND THEIR WAY BACK INTO THE LIGHT. Elvis looks at him, nods and smiles: THAT WAS A WISE DECISSION My LORD. A great video to introduce Angelina’s family, When you react to Bohemian Rhapsody take notice during her performance they highlight audience members in the front row. That is Angelina's Family. From left to right Her uncle and manager Michael Astar, her little sister Juliette, her mother Sarah Astar and her grandmother Mery Zamani. Notice her little sister crossing her fingers as the performance starts. Later her mother wiped tears from her eyes and then again crosses her fingers before Howie speaks.. Also remember she said she had waited 10 years to sing for Simon. When she was 3 years old she was begging her mother to go on 'that Simon show'. ♥👣👸🏻🎷

It's not the video end, they cut of Heidi's Golden Buzzer. Angelina moved to LA with her entire family the year before this performance. But hence she has relatives in California and her dad was employed in the hood (NM or Arizona I believe) at the time, she spent much time in LA before (when 2-5yo). As for finding her own style, you havn't seen her renditions when she was 10-12yo - there is a lot on which you can reuse Simon's statement "I have never heard that song in that version before". "I'll be there" was a deep felt song when she performed it on Swedish Heroes at 8yo, while Jackson's Five original was a happy song. And of course there is "I put a spell on you" where she ignored all the famous covers which have been before, taking the original great shock rock song and turning it into a jazz piece without sweetening it like all the others. At 9yo. Same with "Suspicious Minds", here rendition is far different from Elvis and very close at the same time.

In addition to the 150+ covers Angelina has sung over the years of her career - she has also been writing songs since she was 10 years 0ld - So far 12 have been released: Oslo, What is Life?, Shield, Million Miles, 7th Heaven, Love Don't Let Me Go, Now I'm The Fool, Fire and Rain, All My Fault, Good in Goodbyes, Diamond, and Our Time. Angelina has stated that she has written about 100 songs that have yet to be released. Her songs are taken from her Journal writings. When she was 10/11 she rewrote the Lyrics to Amy Winehouse's Back to Black and Rehab to make them more age appropriate at that time. In addition, Angelina performed an unreleased original song Princess of Ruins at her Las Vegas concerts - if and when that is officially released it will be her 13th original

How can someone define who she is and what her voice sounds like? Listening to this song for the first time, it takes approximately 20 seconds into the song and a listener starts to tear up and their heart takes over and their head has no idea what is going on. Their heart feels the love in her soulful voice and welcomes it. Once her love is in someone's heart it will never leave. What is also extraordinary is that every song she sings will touch someone's heart and while this is going on she is actually inspiring a person to be kinder, more caring and loving in their life more than they have ever been before. only Angelina...

With some 200 videos, a chronology wasn't going to work, at least not in one person's lifetime. But before going to her current work, there's still good reason to bounce around in her earlier material. That is to get a measure of the breath of material and the type of artists that she can cover. The first thing to do, whether following this path or any other, is to check out her performance at age 9 years and 2 months of I Put A Spell on You - important that it is the black and white video. A must see, like this one here it went viral. On the exploration side, try something from the Great American Songbook of the 30s, 40s, or 50s. Two pieces come to mind: You Make Me Feel So Young and, Cole Porter's Ev'ry Time We Say Goodbye (in a white dress on a rooftop). This is still just scratching the surface.

She is at her best (IMHO) when she is singing profoundly beautiful songs. I’m not certain if you have reacted to “I Put a Spell on You”… this song (with over 11 million views) fits the pattern you speak of. This cover of a jazz classic is a *SPECTACULAR* version, but it it’s “in your face.” It’s certainly not a beautiful song (with the exception of the last twelve words) but is shows Angelina’s powerful singing abilities at such an early age. Was meant to be alseep but was listening to a few vids on a small speaker pod, but saw this and swapped to the IEMs. We definitely have similar musical brains, we often seem to key off the same moments... that first "Too late" is such a complex note, that as you say reaches right into your heart and grabs it, or deep into the reptile brain beneath the beta monkey expansion pack and triggers raw emotion. This, above all else, is AJs power in this world. And you are spot on with describing Queen's version, and then AJs as "beautiful". Queen actually gave AJ the rights to this version after hearing it.

Even though you skipped the "order", and I think it was a smart thing to do as well, make absolutely NO mistake, there is more than two billion extremely nice performances by her between age 8-9 and 13. And quite a few of those are faux pas miss ones. I'll just HAVE to give you 3 of them right off the bat, all of them performed at the age of 10. Absolutely INSANELY good, all of them. 1) "Feeling Good" live on The Stream Gir Tilbake (nationally televised charity event) 2) "Every Time We Say Goodbye" also live on Norwegian television, filmed on the rooftop above our main broadcaster, recorded the day before she went to LA for the firs time, to prepare for the move that came 2 years later at age 12. A quite fitting song to sing in that regard 🙂 3) "I'm Still Holding Out For You" , a studio demo recording. Like I said, these are ones that HAVE to be done, believe me. And like I said, all of them performed when she was 10. Much love from Norway ♥♥♥♥♥

This is for Boris/@103mrg: who does not have AJ's best interests in mind: AGT Simon First, and foremost; Angelina was not on that show to win. This was quite simply to promote and expose the US public to this prodigy that comes along maybe once in a generation. To win, AJ’s family would have had to sign a contract with Simon, and he would have been in control of her future. Her family would not allow that to happen. It was not question of money offered because AJ was already worth 2 to 3 million at the age of 13, and her family are very wealthy. I am sure America’s Got Talent was paid well by her production company Stargate, the hitmaking duo (Beyonce, Rihanna, Sam Smith). David Foster tried to sign her in the past after she won Norway's Got Talent, but the family did not like the contract. She is like nothing we have ever experienced. People, wake up to reality; do you honestly think for one moment that a talent like Angelina Jordan if competing on AGT would not win if it were legit? AJ is a talent like no other in this world at this time. I am astonished at your naiveté!

You are one of the better, but still you ruin the performance by pauseing it a couple of times. Why do you do that? Let the artist finnish, then comment!

Ever heard of copyright? You are not supposed to get the same viewing and listening pleasure as the original. Otherwise this becomes a substitute for it and breaches copyright. I work far too long and hard to risk getting my video demonetised or blocked by not adhering to the terms of fair use. If you want to watch the original uninterrupted them go and do that. But don't watch a review and complain when we say something 🙄

This was my first experience of Angelina's genius, and I was put off the first time. I recognized her amazing talent, but I wasn't sure about the arrangement. The more I listened, though, the more I began to see that she has her own style and vision for the song. I'm so here for it now. Great reaction, Charlie!. You should try her cover of Suspicious Minds next.

Do it in anyway you want brother. HOWEVER! HOWEVER ; two of Angelina's most unappreciated songs are "Above the Water" and "I'm Still Holding Out For You". React to either one and you will want to react to the other. AJ is 10 in both. They are unbelievable ❤

chris ISHOFY is probably in the top 3 favorites for most Angelina fans. She was a few weeks shy of 11 when she recorded it. She recorded ATW when she was 13.

The ability to draw emotions from her audience is uncanny!! Howie was spot on when he told her this performance would change her career...and boy did it EVER!! She did not win this competition, HOWEVER, she garnered the attention of many producers and record labels, signing with REPUBLIC and the rest is history....leading up to her first gig in LAS VEGAS BABY!!! she had fans from all around the world come to see her...and she premiered a new song she wrote about the little girl to whom she gave her shoes back when she was 6 years old. Her Mom produced a mini-musical biography of her journey that really started when she won Norway's got talent, it's titled "TEN YEARS IN THE MAKING". Angelina opens her heart and shares her feelings, aspirations as if she's talking to dear Friends. It's a proud and very EMOTIONAL mini history of some of her hallmark moments (especially @ 1 1/2 yrs old, holding a mike and singing a Whitney Houston song.. it's pure JOY!!! I recommend you keep some tissues if you watch....You, like every Angel on the planet, will swell with love and pride that spills out of your heart in the form of tears...See you on the flipside, yeah?? PEACE!!

At 18 she has a voice, technic and empathy in her singing that puts her among the greatest singers. She still have a few more years of her voice maturing, she probably can evolve her technic even further, and she probably will become better at piano and guitar, but I believe her greatest potential for further growth within music is with making groundbreaking songs. Her songs are good, and different from mainstream pop, but she hasn't broken the mold to the degree that Freddie Mercury or Michael Jackson did (and it would be crazy if she had - Freddie was about 28 when he wrote Bohemian Rhapsody). Given her focus on poor people, we might see something like Live Aid again. But whatever she does, she is a pure soul and will have the support of her fans.

Charlie, here’s the good news. It doesn’t matter what order you choose to listen to Angelina. She was the best child singer in history, and now she’s the best I’ve ever heard. It also doesn’t matter what genre you choose. Angelina will blow you away dozens and dozens of times with unique musicality and lyrical interpretations you couldn’t imagine. She takes on iconic singers singing their iconic songs, and most times I like her cover better.
