Thank you, Charlie. I've missed your reactions to our amazing John. I go and watch your past reactions to him regularly. You are, without a doubt, my favourite reactor to our Aussie legend. I love how much you appreciate not only his phenomenal voice, and what a wonderful, humble human being he is, but all the little things he does to give his fans a complete and amazing experience at his concerts. I've been to dozens of his concerts throughout the 50+ years that I've been a fan of his, and he has never once disappointed me. Farnsey always showcases his band members and his backing singers. And rightly so, their individual musical talents are epic. Every Farnsey concert is the whole package - not just his musicians and singers, but the audience as well. - one big party, every time. Apr'24. UK. E ❤

Love Farnham .. and actually here because of an metal singer that made a cover of Farnhams your the voice and got me to understand that that song was syng by a guy named Farnham ( knew the song not the artist) .. that artist was Tommy Johansson .. he is also worth checking out whether the cover is your the vice, cotton eye you, I’m still standing, who wants to live forever, aces high or the winner takes it all ☀️

Best Aussie male vocalist ever! I’ve seen him play so many times over the years. His performances never get old, and every song is like an unofficial Australian national anthem. What I most love about Farnsy is that he gives everyone permission to sing their hearts out! What a legend! 😍🇦🇺

Great reaction Charlie. I have watched all your reactions to John Farnham and I know that you really enjoy his performances (as we all do). I recently came across a video of him entitled "The Time Has Come" (although the correct title should be "A Time Has Come") in which he plays acoustic guitar. I have watched John's career blossom for over 50 years and I never knew he played a musical instrument. If you are inclined, check it out. You won't be disappointed. It's a terrific song, and naturally, a great performance. Cheers from Australia.

He plays the guitar with this song in the The Time Has Come in the Chain Reaction concert in 1990. He also plays piano with HELP on his first Whispering Jack concerts 1987 and in Germany. It's his party trick he says because it's the only song he can play on the piano 😊 Love our John and Charlie you are great 😍

John never disappoints. I've never seen him with the mic anywhere near his mouth lol i guess if he held it there when he hits those massive high notes....ears would bleed lol. Jojn would have been 50+ here and he was still singing like this in his early 70's What a legend

I remember this concert clearly. Live tv telecast, simulcast on FM radio. And yes, Lindsay was playing an acoustic electric guitar. Did so commonly in John’s concerts in the 30+ years with him. I’ve never seen John without him. He was even in the chorus of Jesus Christ Superstar

That was the opening song of the concert and how they got on & off stage. Being the start he was saying hello to everyone and checking out who he could find in the audience and he has the most amazing eyesight he does pick people out in the audience! When I went to this concert he picked me out ... but that's a segue into a much bigger story! But you're right, you go check out other artists & music and then you come home to John! CHOOKAS! from Red in 💙

Hi Charlie. I always love your reactions to Farnsey, you have your very happy face on before the song starts - you know that whatever is coming it's going to be so good, so joyful. To be able to always take youtube Farnsey songs with me on my mobile is just brilliant - I have the pick of all the reaction channels, of full concerts, of individual songs (some beautifully remastered - @Dr_KAP), and some selected compilations, and interviews and documentarie. Thank you for letting the songs go from beginning to end with very little interruption, makes the listening more enjoyable. ❤

He did it again! When you looked down around the 7.10 mark, John tossed his microphone from one hand to the other without missing a note (and caught the mic! lol). A different time to the last one, that you noticed.

If you have never seen John Farnham & Anthony Warlow singing GRANADA its awesome. Very funny & John's high tenor is fantastic He waves a white hankerchief at the end: as Pavarotti did in jis concerts nut that was coz Pav also used to sweat under the stage lights

Lindsay Field, one of John's backing singers, is the one playing the acoustic guitar; the guitar has a pick-up inside, so they don't need a microphone for pick-up.
