why "e t s" and not "e ts s" or "e ts"? Also, I have some hacks for hatsune miku: [M w] is oo as in moon [a w] or [o w] can be O as in go [a w] can also be ow as in now, but [a o] also works also writing 10 4's in one note: [4 4 4 4 4 4 4 4 4 4], and making this note really short, makes a good "L" sound when placed near a "vowel" note.

and I recommend [N], not [n], for the ng sound

and repeating a vowel will make a V and Z sound instead of F and S, to make the word "live" use [4 4 4 4 4 4 4 4 4 4] [e] [e] [p\ M] but the second [e] should be very short because it's just repeating the first [e], so the [p\] will shorten so it sounds like a V, same with [s] turning into Z.

so im making an engrish cover of machine gunt with piko, and for some reason i cant get the [ai]phoneme to work with him? afaik it works perfectly fine in other parts of the vsqx, but only gets weird at the "G to the U to the M to the I" part, anyone have any idea?

Hm, not sure why it’d act up like that. Make sure that the ‘a’ and the ‘i’ are seperated by spaces are aren’t capitalized. Some sounds have different lower and upper cases. I usually use the ‘z’ sound for ‘th’ sounds so the word ‘the’ would be ‘dz a’, and the word ‘to’ would me ‘t M’. As for the others: G = ‘dZ i’ U = j M M = e m I = a i” I will note that i am working on a Engrish cover with Piko and that the ‘s’ sounds can be a bit finicky at times.
