Hello! Where is this idea "consecrating to Jesus through Mary" found in the Bible?

I suppose if you want to be like Jesus, you would do the things he did. Just as God came to us becoming incarnate through the Blessed Virgin Mary, we can best imitate Jesus by going through Mary to be brought to God.

If we are to be like Jesus we should surely imitate Him and follow His commandments. Thus we cannot establish our own ideas how to please Him. Mary is for us a great example of obedience of course, and I don't reject this fact. However Jesus never taught we should pray to or through Mary. Moreover, Jesus said in Matthew 12:50 "For whoever does the will of My Father in heaven is My brother and sister and mother.”

@@arkadiuszdec2493 And we do follow his commandments. He sent his apostles with his authority, and the church he established was promised to be lead into all truth. If this is what the one, catholic , and apostolic church believes, then it is true because Jesus said so.

Okay, please imagine this, everyone could say "my church is the right one led by the Holy Spirit". Catholic religion claim to be the right one, but it doesn't mean it is true. If anyone say his church is the right apostolic one, he have to check out what Jesus and His apostles taught. If there is any contradiction, we should reject it. It is very easy to be deceived, because many false doctrines came to the world.

@@arkadiuszdec2493 I understand your concern, let me see if this helps. The earliest christians are catholic this is a plain fact of history. There are many miracles to help you overcome your doubts like eucharistic miracles which are shocking. Furthermore, Jesus tells us to be one (John 17:21). The church is known as the bride of Christ. As the bride there will be only one, Jesus is not a polygamist! We need to be one. You cannot make up your own religion, if so, it is a man made one. The Catholic religion is founded by God incarnate himself. “Unless the LORD builds the house, they labour in vain who build it” (Psalm 127:1)
