This hymn became very precious to me at a time when I was, indeed, tempest-tossed and casting about for safe landing. I have never heard it more beautifully sung and can only wish you might repeat this, singing all the verses. I am very thankful to hear it. Bless you, dear hearts.

As church musician after 40 years work I'm fully committed to this song which is for me one of the top 10 hymn compositions ever. Never forget that it originally is finnish and was first provided with a finnish text. Nevertheless, the english text made it the more international. Voices 8 did great work on it and make it unforgettable listener's experience. Heard this while sailing through the finnish archipelago. Thank you

They never disappoint! I’ve just listened to about 6 versions of this- then came here. And the song lived! You are such disciples of serving the music. I thank you and bless you for your unfailing standards in this rather tawdry world. ‘All good angels guard you’

I am, somehow, very sorry to say - but when listening a bit more of that kind of very pretty piano & mezzo-forte singing, even harmonies are perfect, it starts to be really boring. The word concert comes from italian verb 'concertare' and that means competition between tones; so there should be 'some action' when singing in concerts or in recordings. There should be dynamics organically connected to text & its context. Just hanging in the harmonies in piano or mezzo-forte is not music - even if that just sounds good. One good comparison is a string quartett, so four people playing string Instruments: 2 violins, bratsche & cello. Yes, they can wear strings too 😆 And take then some Beethoven, Sibelius, Borodin or Tshaikovsky. Then you'll hear the enormous difference.
