I bought this Rollator for my husband. It is great and sturdy. But when we use it as a transporter, the back support is too low and my husband constantly slides down into an almost lying position. I have to keep pulling him back into a sitting position. The back support is too low when used as a transporter. Does not give support. Does anyone have a suggestion as to how the back support can be raised and maintained in the higher position? When it faces the other direction it is the right height and gives good support. Why is it different and lower when turned to the other side?

nice to hear that except for the low. back support your husband has adjusted well. I wonder if it can be used in. marble or granite surfaces And since I'm from Bombay INDIA, I would appreciate it if u or anyone can give me a nod to use it on uneven surface like a broken road.😅. I have a problem of too smooth surface inside the house n uneven surface outside! a. very peculiar problem 😮u aee

I want tp know if it works as smoothly indoors on a granite floor as outside on the uneven road. As I'm from Bombay INDIA this is the grave concern. i suffer from MSA- Multiple! System Atrophy. with something from parkinsonism as well.
