Hi Beth, I followed your brilliant vestibular rehab set of videos. I've noticed some improvement with equlibrium in the last 3 months but I still have the issue I started with which is where my left foot feels like it's slipping on ice which makes me to feel I'm about to fall or trip. Have you heard of this before or in any comments? many thanks, Angie

Hello I have saddle paresthesia from a lesion on my spine (multiple sclerosis) my whole bottom half and right side feels as if it's asleep. Are these exercises beneficial for that? Do you think it'll bring my feeling back? I'm so depressed and worried I'm never going to feel again. I can't even feel when I wipe my bottom 😢

Thank You so much for creating these Vestibular Therapy videos. Even with insurance going to a PT who knows this treatment is still so expensive. You’re greatly appreciated ❤

Hello, thanks a lot for the video!! I got a fibula-head injure while skiing. It’s been 6 weeks now, my leg gets better, but I feel like I might need to start with some exercise slowly. Do you think I can make these as a mobilisation? Or is that the worst thing to do with a fracture? Thanks for your help!

Glad what you said about sizes. That was the one thing that's stopped me ordering. I'm in this constant cycle with shoes of buying the right size but they're too small, then having to pay to send them back (4 times now) then try a size up and are far too big!

Hii ma'am Yours is a great video. Seems to be very helpful.. I hv high arch and suffering from MN. I'm struggling with sharp pain when put weight on my toes.I fear of having further injury, so stop doing such exercise. How can i get relief from pain?

I have realised that I have a tight psoas, my posture is wrong and lots of back pain with sciatica. I have had so much physio they mention my bum sticking out back arched too much but have never given me exercises to correct this. I have completed these exercises and already i can feel a difference for the better. I will carry on. I am grateful to you for your instructions and time in making this vt. 🙏

I'm 72, active and fit. four weeks ago I had an angiogram via groin catheter. this precise condition presented suddenly 2 weeks later when walking upstairs. Extreme pain, especially when rising from seated position. These exercises are a godsend. Thank you for sharing, you are a true professional

Its been 8 days since i got off a 6 day cruise and i still feel like im on the boat. This always happens and eventually goes away from prior 3 cruises. Two questions: Am I on the right track doing these exercises? Will my symptoms get worse as I age? I dont particularly want to stop crusing, but if my landsea sickness gets any worse I'm not sure I'll be able to tolerate them.

Thanks so much for this. I just started my transition out of the boot after 7 months of no weight bearing. I eventually had lisfranc reconstruction 4 months after the initial complete ligament tear. My Dr didn't rx any pt so I needed some direction since I am walking very oddly.

Today is my second day of doing these exercises. Yesterday, I experienced no dizziness as I do the exercises. Today, I got dizzy doing the VOR walking exercise so I stopped for a moment and sat. The dizziness went away after a few minutes and after drinking water. Is that normal? I get panic attacks when I feel dizziness.

I am having trouble doing 2:51 without pain - I feel the pain directly in one of my spine vertebrae in my neck (even though I am pressing lightly on my forehead, I feel pain somewhere near mid neck as if the vertebrae is going to shatter or something)

Thank you for this video! A small pea sized knot that appeared deep within in my suboccipitals after a very stressful and traumatic time period. Of course I naturally started to be concerned about what it could be, but I believe it is a trigger point. This was the best and most informative video I found, I hope I am able to release it soon.

12:20 does it mean anything that when i was doing the last movement on my L side there was a lot of discomfort? Does that mean this is nerve pain and that I should continue or does it mean i should not do it? The other movements did not hurt, they actually felt really good.
