I stopped watching when you said some people put towels on handles. That's extremely dangerous.

I used to have M-N really bad. none of these general exercises worked at all. What did work (and fixed it completely) is to add a small few patches of duct tape under the insole of my shoe under the big toe and its ball forming a bit of a lump. I found that when shoes were becoming worn the divot under the ball of my feet moved the pressure of the foot from the big-toe ball to the other toes and inflamed the M-N zone. building up the area of the big toe/ball without creating too much pressure on the arch was key to not getting plantar faceitus. New shoes that haven't molded to the foot and the "big toe/ball hole" also work pretty good. This may be just my particular problem with M-N but darn it, it FIXED IT. Nothing else I've done worked very well.

I have had this for 3 days and I am mm miserable. I just saw my chiropractor a few hours ago and he did these exercises and my bad leg caused enormous pain. It feels like I have a pinched nerve. I know I have herniated disc's in my l I mbsr and sacral spine. These exercises make sense if zi had issues with my muscles and tendons. However, why are exercises recommended when the nerve running throughout the thigh is red, inflamed and angry? It feels like any of these movements is just rubbing proverbial salt in the wounded nerve. If the origin of the pain is rooted in the underlying nerve, wouldn't the best treatments be to minimize movements that rub against the angry nerve? Wiukdn't it also be helpful to focus in exercises which might move the nerve away from whatever bone spur or irritant?

The hospital needs your videos for their patients. Also, it is good to know that improper crutch fitting and use, can cause nerve damage. Tingling sensation in the hands. Thank you for your time in making this helpful video.

Thank you for posting this...I woke up yesterday with horrible gout pain in my foot/ankle and it's even worse today, so I ordered a same day delivery cane this morning and just got it....turned out I had no idea how to properly use a cane!? It felt really awkward the way I was doing it so figured I would just google it and this video came up and yep, sure enough I was using it wrong....had it on the same side as my ailing foot. Moved over to the opposite side and after a few practice steps it felt so much better than no cane. So thanks again!

I’m at Cello player and I suffer from tingling fingers, and then I’m hand after a little bit of playing. I tried your exercises today and it seems to make a difference. Long ago I had for motorcycle accident on my left side but I never broke anything. Yet as I’ve been lifting more weights these days and building more muscle, I found this to become a problem. So if your technique laves a positive impact on me and my students, I will make a video directed cellists, and of course reference your wonderful demonstration.

Can strengthening the foot muscles help with sural nerve entrapment at all?
@wwjd60417 күн бұрын
If the Epley maneuver doesn't work then visit a Chiropractor and get them to adjust your C7 and T1 vertebrae because your symptoms could be from a pinched cranial nerve #8 that goes to your inner ear. The nerve splits and half of it goes to your semicircular canal for balance and the other half goes to your cochlea for hearing. Good Luck! I hope this helps someone!

I have an older walker, which I am still using. It has a center button to release and fold in the legs/sides. I like it because I can use one hand to do that task and fold in the legs and have the other hand to hang onto something, keeping my balance. I think of getting another walker but I don’t see any with that center button release and I’m hesitant to try the newfangled designs.

Hi, thank you for the tutorial. It is very instructive. However, some constructive "criticism" at least in my opinion. The breathing is too fast in my opinion. It feels kinda rushing through even faster than my normal breathing speed. Of course you can slow the video speed, but then the voice sounds strange ;-)
