The Old Testament is in the Old and the Old in the New. True Jesus was not explicit about homo but about MARRIAGE which is a union between a man and a woman. Paul, who taught personally by Jesus explained that homo was s sin when he wrote to the Romans.

The Bible is a whole library of old books that reflects the values and understandings of when it was written. There may be some historical references to stuff that happened as described, but given that it was gradually put together over hundreds of years, even the historical stuff is not very reliable. On homosexuality the Bible is pretty negative about the sexual act, mainly in Leviticus in the Old Testament, where it is condemned, but it is not understood as we understand it today. A definition of marriage based on the coming together of a male and a female is short sighted and naive. There are multiple manifestation of intersexed individuals. These persons are not fully one sex or the other. Are you saying it is sinful for these people to enter into marriage???? This whole question goes back to the creation account. Most assume the first created human was a male named Adam. Not so. "Adam" only refers to being made from the earth. There is no indication about gender until Eve is created. Why would God create Adam as a male being complete with a fully functioning heterosexual nature but surround him with nothing but beasts of the field???? I believe Adam was originally created a human with no specific gender or sexual orientation. Later he was assigned the male gender and a heterosexual orientation when Eve was created. The mere fact that God extracted Eve from Adam says to me gender is not one thing or another. We are not males meant to be masculine and only marry women. Or feminine women with men as the only counterpart. This does not reflect reality nor does the creation account support this teaching.
