To break up the heightline, add a small water tower on the roof. For a small bit of chaos, you could board up the windows of one of the apartments and use either blank maps or banners to fill the gaps as if someone was jamming newspapers in the cracks.

Also! Instead of "4 SALE," you could name it like all the uptight luxury apartments: LOFTS LOT 85 CADRE (this one is fitting with the neighborhood and hemitcraft as a whole. It means: a small group of people who have been specially chosen, trained, and organized for a particular purpose. Just for fun: RANDO

@@levithegrayidk, I really like the “4 sale” sign; it’s as if the landlord himself can no longer afford upkeep on that housing unit and needs to sell. That happens a lot in run down areas where rent is low, overhead high, and and not a lot of people wanting to move in to a run down neighborhood. Usually, a sign like that would say “for lease” when the apartments are being rented, but “4 sale” means something’s actually being sold, which infers everything discussed above and really adds to the world building imo

an idea for tracking how many diamonds you spent: make it that you can - with the amount of diamonds you have spent- unlock the prizes you can buy with mission-tokens. For example: 0-200 dia. spend = no prizes for sale (or something like 20 sticks for 1 mission token) 200- 500 dia. spend = something 500-750 dia. spend = 1 diamond for 1 token there could also be mystry boxes at each "level" with accordingly valuable suprise inside You could simply distribute books to every Hermit with the mail system ( book has the missionToken-sale-list, empty space to account spent diamonds and short explanacion maybe in it)

Stripped jungle logs have a good amount of green and brown and are a good transition block between wood and the green terracotta if you would like to smooth any colors out

For the windows, have a daylight sensor and pistons so they are black concrete in the day, but when it becomes night the pistons pull away to reveal the froglights behind glass or something

I think you can definitely afford some darker shading on the wall with the rust. Being so inset, it would make sense to have a deeper shadow for some nice juicy forced perspective. Enjoying all the chaos!

I would go for an stairway inside the apartment that leads to the roof, so it would have a small door on the top with maybe another smaller container that workers use as their storage space but not a complete layer on top. For the 4sale sign, adding a bit of rust to the sign and breaking some letters would be cool as well.

i feel like i've only shared ethernet cables in a dorm setting when we rocked a Halo 3 LAN party. super fun; upstairs vs downstairs. shouting audibly, neighbors checking it out and jumping in. getting more cables so they could play too lol!!! good times man

Really like the additions, gives the build a lot more life. Only thing I'm gonna throw out there is that maybe it's not quite as delapidated as the first part of the build. Like maybe a broken aircon, bit of a balcony missing, not all the light on in an apt - that sort of thing. And on that note, for your like factory vibe. Maybe make it like an industrial park - you know how like big factories turn lots into a campus, with like gardens and car parks, etc... could make it a bit cursed and have everything super run down and decayed. Just an idea, I've been loving the content so far! ❤

I think it would be cool if you tried in the curtains replacing the top trap doors with a upside down stair facing in the corner so the curtain is a bit more obvious? Idk if it would work. You should also definitely have one of the balcony owners be an all out plant mum with potted plants and big pots and vines, glowberries, just stuff everywhere! This is so cool though its giving when scar talks about adding life to a build but with 10 times the details, the maximalism just scratches my brain. AAHHH AND u could try the thing with hiding a mob on a lead and a fence post so the lead looked like a wire!

You need to add more power cables running to apartments and pipes. They could have banners hanging from them like they are used for drying them. Fireladder would be cool too

Love the glazed terracotta towels. I would place the blocks beyween/instead of one balcony rail and balcony floor. I think it would position it perfectly. Also, I miss Stressmonster too 💝
