I’m so glad you are making some mods on your bike, I’ve got a blue one and I’m looking to make the same mod’s as you, I’m also looking for a stronger bash plate and stiffer suspension for doing the tet in Spain next year. When I had the bike first i hated it but now after 2000 miles i absolutely love it, can’t wait for your next video please keep in touch 👍🏻😃

Cool you will have to let me know how the suspension mods go. I have bottomed out on the front when i hit a rock off road and thought it could do with some improvement but i dont really ride it off road to justify the cost. Thats what the KTM is for lol 😆

@@botty152 there’s nothing at the moment, I’m talking to Adam at Rallyraid the only thing he can do at the moment on the front is spacers and better fork oil.

1) Thanks for the links 2) I also brought the small windscreen and it cracked when i first tried to screw it on the Voge's windscreen 😅 Didn't bought another one. Just ordered a bigger one. 3) The hidden socket is a mind-blowing future !! I wish my ds500 had the same !! 4) I believe that if you take some of the plastic off under the seat, then you will have issues with the stability of the seat because it will not lock precisely into it's position.

Cracking info Like the screen extender, definitely gonna look at that.. I’ve got an air hawk cushion on mine, and it’s super comfy now.. I’ve also modded the throttle tube to quicken the action,, that’s made a big change to riding it. It doesn’t need my wrist bent in half now.. I will try and fit a domino fast action when I get chance...

Useful video! A few quick questions if I may? I'm considering one of these for a Touring workhorse, have you taken it Touring, if so how did it perform? Why did you go for the 650 rather than the 500? Dealers and aftersales support, this along with depreciation and parts availability concerns me. What's been your experience? Cheers, Alan

Got them off ebay, there generic guards cost me £30. I have bought some genuine ones for the voge tho from china off ebay again only £17 but they dont seem to fit without some tinkering and not yet had time to adapt them. Hope that helps

@@mustafafilik59 ah ok ypu mean the panniers. Im not sure of the make as they came with the bike think that have 'ADV' on the side of them.
