There's actually a discrepancy between the websites list of materials and the list of materials on the actual product with the scarf, socks and earrings...the actual products show less silk, cashmere and then the earrings actually go against the legal definition of vermeil

Sydney, the earrings are not as described. And I don’t feel that they deserved to be in the Day 25 box as the grand finale of this Advent Calendar. Yes, they are pretty, but If you haven’t already, you might want to watch the unboxing of this same calendar by Alexandria Ryan. She looked up the details on the site and found discrepancies in the earrings information. This is a beautiful Advent calendar on the inside and is completely reusable, along with some very nice items with some nice can’t see myself purchasing this calendar at the $505 purchase price. Still hoping some more will become available of the Harrods Advent calendar and a few more! 🦋

The site says 26 Full Size Products, guessing nail polishes each count, and they are listing the correct price/description for the silk scarf (not 100% silk), the socks (not 100% cashmere) and the earrings (multiple metals). Alexandria Ryan just unboxed this a few days ago and caught those 3 discrepancies. Not sure if they fixed their site or if the link to each business is still showing wrong ones. I really just love Sidney's enthusiasm so I watched this one also!

The earrings If you look up how they are made they are different from website. The materials are different.

I thought last years Vogue Advent was better tbh, but the packaging is beautiful. Next year, i suggest you look into the Niche Beauty Advent, which is a European advent. It was so good this year!

QUINCE has the BEST cashmere socks. Treat yourself- they’re like $20 and keep your feet warm!!!

They’re actually not even their normal cashmere socks. They were specifically made for this calendar and have less cashmere in them!

Earrings online are with vermeil gold, and the box has gold plate over brass. So not the same earrings they cheaped out.

As others have noted, the packaging is GORGEOUS! I LOVE the vintage Vogue magazine covers on the front of each box. But I'm with you on the playing cards (WTF?) and other items. Yes, some items are bougie - but I don't see $2k of value here. I cannot wear post earrings due to allergies, although these are non-allergenic - but I'd have to get my ears re-pierced which I'm not keen on doing. Anyway - I'd be disappointed, as this was one of the more expensive items in the calendar. I wish they had gone with a nice necklace or bracelet - but that's just me. This is okay - but Vogue needs to do better if they are selling this for $505 US. I also find it odd that they cannot get better items for these advents (how many do they have? maybe 300?) since they are VOGUE, but whatever. Thanks for taking one for the team, Sydney! That was really expensive.

Sydney, do you know if you are going to be doing the Puravida advent calendar? They have 2. The 12 day is $98 and worth about $148, and the 24 day is $148 and worth around $350. Of course, you may already know that. Lol. Be bland have a great Thanksgiving!!!!!

Who really, I mean really wants 100$ pair of socks. I'd literally rather have anything else. Like a full outfit, shoes, a full tank of gas, gift to someone in need, some nice makeup such as hourglass.. or anything that isn't ONE PAIR of socks 😂 .. maybe it's just me though. But that's a Hella nope 😂😂 I'm all for doing whatever you want with your own money though, but even if I had that to burn I'd not get socks.

I waited all year for this calendar, for it to be my “big” present. I’m SO glad I caved and watched an unboxing, because I would have cried. At least I’m prepared and I know. I’ve already opened it and am sharing it with friends. What a disappointment!

VOGUE is a fashion house, not makeup. The socks are valued over 100.00 and it appears that most if not all are full size.

I was seriously expecting you to throw up the cards in MAJOR disappoint that we could see on your face..... I was just waiting for it, kinda disappointed that you didn't honestly because that's my feelings with this advent! I mean $500 could change my family's Christmas this year!!! And honestly for ppl to spend that kind of money on ONE thing (advent or not) makes me sick!!!! Ok so um no. The good products were great but as u said most in other cheaper costing calendars ! The masks , eye masks , bed mask , that hideous scarf and I’m sorry those earrings don’t look over 200$$ I’m so sorry the cards were a joke ! Enjoy the good products I’m so sorry !

This comes in last place for me. I don't care how expensive they claim the scarf & earrings to be...I don't consider those to be beauty items. I wouldn't purchase this.
