Love how you are able to navigate conversations with different personalities on here! Pay disparity in fashion is a huge problem, often with the people at the top making 5-6 figures on a shoot and people at the bottom making nothing and sometimes losing money just to be in the room and gain experience. Not talking about it just further perpetuates the problem and allows the powers that be to get away with it!

The north isn’t some mystical land with nothing to do😂. Promise we have plenty of shops, award winning restaurants, unspoilt landscape and lots of fun things to do. Makes me laugh when Londoners act like there’s nothing outside of London worthy of shouting about when we have loads of diversity and culture
