That's the thing. If a celebrity looks exactly the same for 20 years, it's not natural. Most people don't know, but botox and filler just maintains your face, not change it, unless you use a lot of filler and augment your muscles with botox. She has the best derms etc and has access to best of the best in beauty. Small non surgical procedures, like filler and botox, are normally undetectable. Also, it's not easy to tell when someone has done it. It's a bit like survivorship bias. You only see the bad cases of filler and botox, because the rest are undetectable, so you assume all filler and botox looks bad. Filler is normally hyaluronic acid and adds volume. As you age, you lose volume so adding some back can help you look younger. Botox just freezes your muscles so you don't exacerbate wrinkles. Most people who get these don't want to look different, just to maintain or look rested. It is quite obvious Adriana has had some maintenance and it makes sense as her job is about looking good. She looks great and I don't understand how it's an insult to say someone isn't aging naturally. Why do we praise people who look young naturally anyway? It's just a bit weird.
