Can’t believe It’s 20 y since STRIPPED. What an incredible album and journey, lyrics, melodies, harmonies, stories that album has. There was so many singles that could’ve been released after The Voice Within. There wasn’t at that time any other pop female who could’ve top Stripped! Such an iconic album. I still remember how happy I was when I saw her at MTV VMA with Dirrty playing in the back and new image. I knew that something big is coming. She used to be in the main news with story how Dirrty was censored and forbiden in many countries and MTV wouldn’t play it on day, only by night. This album helped me so much, I was lost teenager at that time, 14 y.o. lost boy. I can say that this album saved me all over the past 20 y, especially in my teen days. What a journey this was.
