dude honestly, i’d love to see you do like a one week challenge, where you go on a river with your camping gear some batteries the sluice abc some tools and you just film a bit but mainly work a full “working week” of looking for gold. it would be interesting to see how much you get and the adventures you’d get up to. and how much a week worth of prospecting equates to a weeks normal wage for a week....anyway love you dude

I would also love to do this. At the moment it's not possible because of my commitments. At a guess I'd say 5 days would be around the 8 grams or around the $740. If I could hit my average takes.

Cracking save to the day. Its something alot of people really dont do enough, move on and prospect. I worked a spot for a few hours and found about a point, walked up the creek and saw a crevice that I couldnt just walk away from, I managed to find a whole gram in 5 pans, one of them held 0.87g with a 0.69g chunck. Why do you not mag the irons out before panning? You can always save the mags for later, but would seem easier to prospect if you got some of that junk out of the way.
@VoGusProspecting4 жыл бұрын
Specimens occur In the iron stone.
@gnomespace4 жыл бұрын
@@VoGusProspecting not saying don't save and pan that out, just that you might get more prospecting volume by eliminating the irons faster. You are panning the irons out anyway aren't you? And if you are looking for specimens it should be easier in a pan of irons than in a pan of native gavel. I do more prospecting than production, so am looking more towards data over an area than a specimen or 2 in a single pan. Love the vids bro!

Hey Chris, first time, long time. With regard to your water pump, you can get a fuel tap off ebay that incorporates an on/off switch, therefore, idiotfroofing flooding the motor. A mechanic mate installs these on all pumps and generators that he services. Cheers and may the Grizzly gods smile upon you.
@VoGusProspecting4 жыл бұрын
There's one already installed on this pump
@clintonbrown31684 жыл бұрын
@@VoGusProspecting sorry mate, I meant to say that the on/off switch is incorporated into the fuel tap. Turn fuel on, pump will start. Turn fuel off, pump stops. A lot of motors, that don't have a fuel pump, foul up if you forget to turn the fuel off. This tap/switch prevents this problem. Cheers
