I still use music memos!! Such an amazing app. It can show what chords you’re playing and even add simple bass and drum parts. It’s so good I wish they would update it. I hope they don’t completely delete it ! Music memos > voice memos

I recently found some old voice memos on my old iPad where I stored some revision material back when I was in school. I recorded myself saying some important facts for tests, I might send them to my new iPad and remix them. Thanks for the tutorial

I donn't have the optioins to save to, that you do. I only have airdrop, messages, notes or reminders. When I click to edit extentions, it still doesn't give me any options to save to my computer or even garageband. can anyone help me?

It doesn’t let me save it to the garage band file. And the transfer doesn’t show up. I’ve tried emailing the recording to myself and it won’t even let me save it to my computer. I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong

Hello Pete is there a way to backup voice memos to pc or mac without losing time stamp. I tried airdrop to mac and aslo tried backkng up from iphone to t7 hard drive. Both cases the created date and time shown is absurd .

I noticed that when I have my sample transferred into the midi, the lower note I go the slower it gets. How can I make lower notes with it having the same speed as the base note?

Yeah, unfortunately sampling does indeed change the speed as well as the pitch. You’ll need to find a more advanced sampler app if you want more flexibility.

iPhone 5C can only use iOS 12 which is an older iOS and uses a different version of Voice Memos. There’s not much demand for videos about the older versions I’m afraid.

Should work fine regardless of length. Just make sure you have automatic length on in GarageBand or have enough bars to accept the audio.
