One of the really fun things for me about how Dimash performs is he approaches it holistically. He uses his entire body and taps into the muscle memory for every part of him in order to achieve the perfect performance. You can really see that in some of his performances, like here, in the way he is using his arms, his wide stance, the way he leans and drawn on the notes, and then right at the end before he goes into the big finish he completely changes his stance. He is so disciplined and professional in how he manages his craft. He practices vocally at least three hours every day, working with different vocal coaches to help him perfect and explore various aspects of his skill. He even trains under water! Plus, on top of that, he practices his various instruments, languages, and of course works on writing music! AND he practices for upcoming appearances, AND he designs, produces, and performs his solo concerts, AND he makes insanely incredible music videos... And with all of this he is still the most humble man, down to Earth, and really focused on bringing people together through music. He's a very unique person.

The most beautiful song & voice in the world. He truly is a phenomenon,, not only with his talent, but also with bringing so many people from around the world together. I was at a concert in Antalya, Turkey last May and sat alongside a lady from Mexico on one side, a young girl from Kazakhstan on the other & all around were people from different countries - China, Australia, USA, Germany Spain, Indonesia, Portugal, Russia, Brazil, Canada, UK (I am Welsh) and so many more & all getting along, sharing Dimash memorabilia & then singing with him in Kazakh, Russian, Turkish (of course) Chinese, English!!!! Its like being in a huge world church. The Mexican lady & I communicated using our translator apps & so many doing the same thing! I am going to the Budapest concert in May & am so looking forward to having this incredible experience again & listening to the best singer in the world, of course! You are going to so enjoy the discovery of Dimash. I stumbled on his video Opera 2 in 2017. Hooked immediately. Flew from Texas to New York to see him live in 2019. Just an incredible experience. If you ever go see him you will walk into a concert that is more international than you can possibly imagine. People fly from all over the world to attend. For example. He is scheduled to be in Budapest in April. His father offered a list of various countries where people are buying tickets to fly there. It is a very long list. In New York, I think there were people from if I recall 54 different countries and everyone is just happy. He is so warm and genuine to his fans.

Dimash is simply in a league of his own. He sings Ave Maria in his Stranger Tour concerts and it always sounds absolutely AMAZING. He could be running around the stage doing all the vocal gymnastics getting audiences all hyped and then his next song would be Ave Maria, complete silence from the crowd. Naturally, he nails it each time without failure. This man easily gives us 3+hrs concert each time with the same energy from the beginning to the end.

Thank you, Blake, for reacting to this angelic version of Ave Maria sung by Dimash and composed by Igor Krutoy 🙏🙏🙏 Igor (the guy on the piano in this video) is a famous Russian/Ukrainian composer who came out of retirement to work with Dimash and accompanies him on many of his songs... I've heard that when Dimash asked Igor to compose this song...he wanted a prayer for people of all religions and of no religion. Additionally, he wanted it to be for peoples who spoke any and all languages. And so he didn't want to be bound by any words or lyrics but instead wanted to convey his prayer via sounds and frequencies! As you’ve probably noticed, this is not one of the known Ave Marias. Dimash has indicated in the past that he loves the melodic lines from Ave Maria. Igor Krutoy has composed several songs for Dimash’s vocals including this Ave Maria, Olimpico, Miss you among others. This in itself is a uniting element: Dimash is Muslim, Igor is Jewish and Ave Maria is a traditional Catholic prayer. This performance is cathartic and provides whatever musical soothing balm the listener needs. I’m along for your journey and can’t wait until you are ready for The Story of One Sky. Hello, this German native 71-year-old Dear is sending you love and appreciation from North Carolina, USA. This is an original composition by Igor Krutoy (at the piano). The beginning of the piece seems to be an imitation of the sounds from Outer Space that were recorded by NASA, establishing an otherworldly atmosphere. Dimash intentionally uses only vocalization to make this a prayer/meditation for all people, regardless of their spiritual orientation. Words often divide us, but music has the power to unite. The purity of Dimash's voice, the genius of Igor Krutoy's composition, the choir, instrumentation, and staging all combine to transport the listener beyond this earthly existence into the heavenly worlds. The messa di voce on High C at the end is absolutely exquisite. It reminds me of the sound of a Tibetan singinging bowl. The vibrations go straight to the soul. Dimash has extra-ordinary talent, but without putting in a lot of hard work, he would never have been able to develop his voice and performance to what it is now. Many people have raw talent, but few have dedicated their lives to perfect their art the way Dimash has. Because Dimash has studied voice since he was 5 years old and practiced several hours every day throughout his life, he was able to keep the upper registers after puberty when most other boys his age went through their voice changes. With continuous practice as an adult, he was - and still is -- able to extend his range significantly, both in the lower and upper registers. In interviews, Dimash compares his vocal exercises to the kind of training athletes have to undergo. He is a very disciplined artist. In addition to 3 hours vocal practice every day, he also exercises daily and swims under water to strengthen his lungs and chest muscles to support his voice. Dimash Qudaibergen (di-MOSH Koo-dye-BEHR-gen) is a talented artist from Kazakhstan who began his formal training at the age of 5. He is professionally trained in opera, contemporary music, and musical theater. His diverse discography includes genres such as pop, R&B, EDM, rock, folk/traditional, neo-classical, opera, and even rap and hip-hop with a vocal range of 7+ octaves: C1-D8(which doesn't exist on a standard 88-key piano). Love your reaction! This song, when I first listened to it I bawled like a baby. It was overwhelming at first. This actually came out 6 years ago, not 9. I'm not sure if you know, but that man at the piano, Igor Krutoy, is a Russian billionaire/composer/world famous pianist who was retired and, when he saw Dimash, he can OUT of retirement just to write specifically for him! This song was written by him specifically for Dimash. There are many more that he wrote for him that are just beautiful. When Dimash had his concert in New York, there were "Dears" from 47 States and 54 foreign countries. I love your comments, not just about Dimash, but the purpose of your channel. There are songs Dimash sings that have a backstory to them. Daididau is very dear to Dimash, Autumn Strong, and Daybreak. Autumn Strong is the Chinese version of the Japanese song "Ikanaide". Ikanaide is the original song Dimash performed for the Tokyo Jazz Festival 2021...I had to remember to breathe. Autumn Strong is sung on The Singer 2017. I really hope you watch his performances on Singer 2017. That show is where he won worldwide acclaim, it was his first competition outside of the Slavic States. That is why so many people knew nothing about him until he appeared on that show. I am anxious to see your reactions to All By Mself, Adagio, The Show Must Go On, and a song Dimash wrote when he was 19, "Unforgettable Day."

Every time I hear this beautiful man sing, I feel like he's punching a "hole" in my chest, taking my heart in his hands and holding it so gently until he finishes singing. Then he removes his hand from my chest, and I'm left with a void that can be filled if only I listen to his voice again. It's such a beautiful and painful relationship between me and Dimash's voice.

He lives and works in Moscow/Russia. He is singer, a world- famous composer and music titan in Russia (billionaire). His family lives in the US. Krutoy came out of retirement to write songs for Dimash. The maestro and Dimash have been working together from time to time since 2018. They are friends and have a father-son relationship. Maestro Igor Krutoy shared the story of the creation of the work 'Ave Maria' for Dimash. When writing a hit, Krutoy is guided by the Italian principle: every composer is worth exactly what his latest work is worth, which means that all previous successes and achievements do not count. “On one of the nights, about three months before New Wave, Dimash called and asked if I could write 'Ave Maria' for him and he explained that he wanted to sing something in that style...
