I have had mixed Spasmodic Dysphonia for about 20 years. I also visited the Dr. you spoke of, and read his several books. Unfortunately, without any success. Spent a week with him in California. I have been to Philadelphia, and New Jersey Voice Foundations. 72 years old now, and pretty much have given up hope. Nice to see that it worked for you. Still enjoyed discovering your sites. Thank you so much for posting these videos. It's giving me a little hope for getting my voice back. I too have seen Dr. Cooper, and it helped for a little bit but I forgot all the techniques he taught me and have gotten very depressed. At times I dont feel like I want to live.

Exactly Distraction, impersonating, Breathing and pitch… I understand learning Somatics, i believe this has posture ly effected me causing my body pains, too.
