Yes announced officially 30minutes before it started however it was hinted at and many USA ARMY started to think about where it would be and so people started turning up hours before so by the time it was officially announced that was already a big crowd gathered with many more trying to get there.

lo siento pero mi ingles no es muy bueno pero, si estas hablando de la seccion despues o durante "parado junto a ti", hay momentos en los que Jungkook aleja la cabeza del microfono para que no podamos escuchar su respiracion agitada. Espero que eso aclare un poco mas las cosas.
