I believe this was the theme of a Filipino drama series on television. Gusto Ko nang Bumitaw literally translated means I want to let go.....and it presents some conflicts going through the mind of a woman experiencing a very troubled relationship. As always, Morissette delivers and we actually feel the message of pain and torment in the song.
