I LOVE this more classic version of FORESTELLA. (The original, a mega pop hit in the 90s in Spanish, based on an old Spanish legend). The eerie mood of the story comes into its own particularly well here. What voices and what harmonies!! For me, a brilliant new interpretation that couldn't be more successful!!! The legend in brief: A gypsy woman promises the moon her first son in return for her marriage to her lover. The child became an albino and the man does not believe in fatherhood. He kills the mother and abandons the child in the forest under the moonlight. The moon loves the child trust and cradles him in his sickle when he cries. FORESTELLA really wanted to interpret the song in Korean (they also sing in Spanish, as we know)! However, the Korean translation of the original lyrics could not be incorporated into the melody. So the story had to be rewritten in order not to change the melody, but the essence was retained.

Idk what you mean by "don't believe in fatherhood" but the reason he killed them was because he thought the woman was cheating on him since neither of them were pale skinned and the kid was, if he didn't suspect that he would have been fine with fatherhood, ofc he's still a psycho and it's still a tragic story. Also I believe the term gypsy is no longer in use and romani is the correct word.
