Yes BREATHING (correctly) Great for Calming the Mind too... Every morning I put my timer on for 10 minutes and metronome @ 60bpm and Breathe IN for 7 Counts---HOLD for 28 Counts--EXHALE 14 Counts ...Repeat for next 10 minutes. I also massage my fingers and stretch my arms at the same time, usually before my Guitar Practicing/ playing. I find it helps a lot... Good Video 5 Stars! --Van

Are you trying to empty your lungs in 16 or only a (large) fraction? If not nearly empty, do you dump thr rest of your breath quickly before starting the next slow inhale?
