I’m so thankful I found your site! I want to explore the possibility of becoming a voice over artist. I’ve been told throughout my life that I have a great voice. I’m a former elementary school teacher which also helped me polish my public speaking skills. I just have no idea where to begin as I’m a stay at home mom of four children. Is it costly to get started from home?

The initial cost is relatively low. A few hundred dollars for mic, gear, acoustical treatment. Demos and coaching is more expensive.

On the contrary, Jason pretty much skims the surface on how to become a voice actor! For someone like Malcom who's been told he has a wonderful voice but has no clue where to start, this information is a finely crafted bullet pointed tutorial on the initial steps one will need to take. In my most humble opinion anyway!
