Super Healthy and being at the top is an oxymoron. No one at the Top is healthy! For those of you that have been following Devon for years. you must remember when he was against strength training, then he fought Levan and that changed. Then he came up with the one rep workout 20x a day😧, and then there was Pumpkin Training. (Pumkin training is a valid method for people in Physical therapy, so it does work, but not really good for Athletes) I love Devon, but man he's out there sometimes. I hope he learned something from Brian Shaw. Btw, this comes from love! no malice intended. Devon is by far my favorite Arm Wrestler.

Devon is a legend and to waste himself on an insanely brutal and impossible task such as beating Levan would be just that, a terrible waste.
