Welcome to the VoicePlay rabbit hole! As others have said, the music is even better with headphones (still very good without them though!), and their catalog is massive. I usually recommend scrolling through their songs and finding ones that stand out to you to react to next. Looking forward to seeing more of you exploring their music!

Headphones 🎧 are a requirement when listening to VoicePlay. They are my favorite Acapella group. They cover everything from Metallica to Disney and more. Geoff Castellucci the bass has his own channel where he does low bass covers. Subscribing for more VoicePlay and Geoff (Jeff ) Castellucci.

It‘s always amazing to see someone experiencing Voiceplay for the first time - Oogie Boogies Song is definitely a great option also fitting the season - and as a personal favorite I recommend Drunken Sailor 🥳

Ooooh, a new reactor! 🥳 Welcome to the Voiceplay rabbithole! 😜 This group always makes masterpiece after masterpiece, you can't go wrong with any of their songs. Did you catch that this was all acapella? No instruments, just them and their huge talent 🥰 A piece of advice if you are going to react to more Voiceplay (or other acapella groups): headphones, or you'll miss some of the very cool tricks that Geoff (the bass singer that played the part of Scar here) throws in. They have several Disney covers and medleys ('We don't talk about Bruno', 'Little Mermaid' and 'Moana' medleys...), but also other stuff like 'Nothing Else Matters' (Metallica), 'Dream On' (Aerosmith), 'Total Eclipse of the Heart' (Bonnie Tyler, their latest before this one). Look around at their catalogue, you'll surely find a lot of stuff you like. Have fun, darling! 😘

@@kiereactions4666 Thank you for a great reaction to Voice Play & welcome. Yes, headphones are a must for full effect with any video. Never talk over a video or you will miss something from them. Just pause the video when you want to talk & then go back 10 seconds to resume Play. Always wait until the credits stop rolling before ending any Voice Play or Geoff Castellucci's videos. Sometimes they may have a brief pause or blackout before something special they say or do & may even show some behind the scenes things.. Voice Play are known as The Theater Kids of a capella. They do 98% of everything themselves. Geoff the low bass singer of the group has his own channel. He loves to clone himself 3 or 4 times to harmonize with himself. Some videos he doesn't clone himself but all the voices you hear are always 100% him. Please check out all their Halloween videos. Geoff Castellucci's best are Jack's Lament..The Headless Horseman.. Voice Plays...Hell Fire from the Hunchback of Notre Dame... Friends On The Other Side...Grimm Grinning Ghost...Dream On... Hoist The Colours.. The Little Mermaid & Queen In 5 Minutes which is a medley of Queen songs. Voice Play loves to tell a story with their videos.

Glad you enjoyed this offering from VoicePlay! I'm sure others have already flooded you with recommendations, so I won't mention any specific videos of theirs, just say that anything you try of theirs will be great! I do have a few suggestions for your reactions. #1 If you're doing music reactions, you really need to listen with either good headphones (preferred) or really good earbuds. There's a lot going on in the songs (regardless of whether it's a cappella, like VoicePlay, or regular music) that you just won't be able to hear using the speakers from a phone or laptop. This is for your enjoyment and appreciation of the music, not something for the people watching you - but you may get insights that you can pass along to your viewers as well. #2 For VoicePlay reactions specifically, it helps to have the closed captioning turned on. There are a number of videos where VoicePlay (who provides their own closed captioning, not KZbin) will put in little jokes, as they did in this one. You'll be missing out on those if you don't have CC turned on. #3 This one may hurt a little, but I'm going to include it nonetheless. When you're singing along, no matter how much you like the song, you're going to be missing things that are going on in the song in the video. It's a fact of life, you just can't hear the music nearly as well when you're singing along as when you aren't. There were a couple of places in this video where you sang one tune (probably from the original movie version), but VP actually did something very different with their version, and you didn't react to it at all.

Welcome new reactor!! A few suggestions. Sounds like the audio is not coming through properly. Like you are playing it through speakers from what it sounds like. You may want to pipe it through the site and an audio card rather that listen to it in a small room where the echo is affecting the quality. Also, Studio quality headphones are a must if you are looking to do this more than just a hobby. You'll be able to hear the music A LOT clearer. Voiceplay is one of only a few artists that won't hit you with copy right stuff. But normally you have to stop and discuss the music. Lastly, keep in mind as the artists often listen/watch reactors vids. They like when the video is played in it's entirety, showing their Patreon links etc. It helps them. Again, this is only to help as you're so new. I've joined your site. Looking forward to seeing more. Thanks for your time!!

Wonderful to welcome a new reactor! If you're a gamer, they've done lots of gaming songs - but if you want to watch another fun/funny costume performance, maybe check out their version of What Do We Do with a Drunken Sailor. Its a great example of how VoicePlay can take something that's repetitious and maybe a little tired, and making it fresh, funny and interesting. BUT - they are also the kings of Halloween, with lots of really fun Halloween performances.
