Galapagos islands ARE NOT UNITED STAKE of AMERICA or belong to them... they took it over , they robbed da lands put taxes on top of our heads in away that locals native HAWAI'IAN nation can't live on islands that was giving by GOD !? 370.000 Kanka Maoli lives out da island 310.000 Kanaka Maoli currently lives on da island to teach to show & RESTORE our culture our traditional native HAWAI'IAN believes based on natural lifestyle !!! Matua, the pearls on swine comes to mind, the majority of people especially foreigners they dont care. Ive had an idea using an online platform about keeping korero and our old tribal territories etc but with an overlay map of modern day. And I got that idea when learning about my pacific whakapapa from my grandad and also my maori whakapapa. With a modern day over lay. Its was just an idea floating in my mind and thought it maybe something for you to develop🤷‍♀️🌈 with everything that you do, it may be the best way to integrate both types of knowledge. So you can tell them you dont need anymore fish because there is plenty Then when i finish writting you mention Iao valley. And as weird as it sounds I had a vision of Iao valley earlier this year. The mo'o goddess wad born in Hane'oo Loko., than taking to Moku'ula to protect that sacred island. Don't touch any of our islands and destroy our special and God gifted land. Enuff, enuff. Remember what the true Hawaii is about. Respect 🙏 and protect our Islands ..Hana born...hawaiian.. Hane'oo Loko we protect thru generations..thankful to my ohana sharing the history and legend of our blessed land.. Christianity destroyed the native Hawaiian culture. The Missionaries outlawed the Hawaiian language, hula, Hawaiian dress, Hawaiian mele and storytelling, Hawaiian Heiau, Hawaiian gods and goddesses. If you want to reclaim the islands for Hawaiians, get rid of monotheism. Jesus was a Hebrew who died over 2000 years ago. He had nothing to do with the Hawaiian islands until the haoles came and ruin it culturally, politically and socially.

Please read, "Mokuʻula, Maui’s Sacred Island" and "Moku‘ula: The King’s Island" for another perspective. The author, P. Christiaan Klieger worked on the initial excavation in 1992 with the Bishop Museum. It's interesting that he is never acknowledged for his contributions.

Was this building where ancient culture is promoted destroyed by the fires (for lack of a better word)? Seems like the area of major destruction was engineered to wipe out the historical origins of Lahaina and to rid it of those with the strongest ties and interests to keep Lahaina true to its heritage.
