Wolfy, you can place only defensive plants on the manholes after they open. Defensive plants include the wall nuts, endurian, pea-nut, pumpkin etc

A good thing with void orchid would be to play piercing plants. Gathering zombies in lanes for a more expensive piercer to just mow all of them down! Another great idea would be to get some walls down / aoe plants, because these would just target the bunched up zombies.

hey wolfy, I have some info for you, If you wish to, take a read: first thing, you can place defensive plants (not infi-nut though, probably because it's a hologram) on a manhole after it opens to prevent/delay zombies from spawning out of it (I don't know if it completely prevents zombies coming out of it, but I know it delays them.) secondly, I feel like void orchid could work well with phat beet, I'm not entirely sure though, you may wanna play around with it to see if it is plausible. lastly, the objective where you have to prevent backward zombies from reading the blueprints, I recommend using something like sweet potato or hot date to lure those zombies to other lanes, and if you put piercing plants in the lanes with sweet potato/hot date, then the objective becomes a whole lot easier. anyways, it's kinda crazy that this series is already almost at an end, it feels like it flew by fast, but I'm excited for what comes next!

I’m pretty sure you can use something defensive like Wallnut or Primal Wallnut on the sewage holes once they have opened to close them back up. Not 100% sure if it works but it might be worth a try.

If you want to bring aloe back into the set up, consider using kiwi beast. It deals more damage the more it's eaten and is pretty bulky. It also attacks like phat beat so it can hit backwards zombies.

Did you know plants unlocked in a given world are usually good against zombies of said world? Cattail can attack zombies that come from manholes in any lane and fannila stops gentleman zombies from flying. Usually panny tels you all this, so even if Dave has been permanently censored, you should still listen to penny

Wolfy, the gravity spheres can get fed plantfood and suck up zombies from a far distance. It's also good to put plants like phat beet in them because when you plant food them togther, it's really powerful. (The "Phat-void strat" is really powerful when you can set it up)

I'm honestly really disappointed to see that Wolfy did the whole altverz event off-camera. It's such a good event and it would've been so, so cool to see him discover all of the new zombies and mechanics for the first time, especially since he might never play the actual altverz mod, but all of those initial reactions were taken away from us. Like, does he want to end this series that badly? I don't understand why he was so adamantly against doing videos on it.

Honestly, I believe that Sweet Potato is better than Void Orchid. Void Orchid costs more, recharges slower, takes up space that should've been used for attackers, and actually has to put the gravity spheres there, which is a big problem because Void Orchid's attack rate is very slow, the spheres have significantly lower health than a Sweet Potato, and they don't always go where you want them to go. Void Orchid is useable, but overall outclassed.

I don't know if anyone has ever mentioned this yet, but did you know that Steam Ages ISNT an original world? Steam ages was actually a world in the Official pvz 2 Chinese edition! (Along with other new exclusive worlds) I don't know all the changes between Reflourished and Chinese but if you look at Chinese's Steam ages, you will see that they are very similar.
