It can It can. The W/B symbol is in the *reminder* text, not the rules text. Reminder text has no rules meaning. Also built this deck and literally turn three two/three players had more scoops than raisin brand crunch.

If you want to switch this deck into overdrive I would add some more fast mana. A T1 sphere effect or T2 GAA can seal the game almost instantly.

One more thing, if you are in a slower meta, how do you feel about Field of Ruin as a budget alternative or an extra strip mine like effect? It costs two, but you don't end up losing out on mana, and you still deal with problem lands like Maze of Ith, Cabal Coffers, etc...

Pennsylvanian field of ruin is bad in Commander bc *each* player fetches out a basic

Would Helm of the Hosts makes sense at all? It seems as though it would infinitely increase taxes on your opponent (while basically eliminating all non-colored mana costs for you). And Control is a slower play style anyway, so it would have time to build up. Too oppressive? Or too costly? Or am I just missing other reasons not to play it?

Okay I'm gonna out myself as someone who needed the images of the cards you were talking about and say that it was frustrating that some times your transitions didn't work fully. A lot of the times the cards from the previous group would stay instead of changing to the cards you were talking about. Great video otherwise!
