So as I watched your video, I didn't see you go the direction that I think a lot of people (myself included) who have encountered Voja decks have... Most of my experiences against Voja have been 1 v 1 in Arena... in those decks, the strategy is to spam elves, get Voja out turn 3, then whenever you try to block or otherwise combat it, running a suite of "hexproof and indestructible" , "protection from colors" etc cards to ensure that Voja survives. The Arena matchmaking might also be contributing to this as I see Voja when I'm running Thalia and Gitrog. I try to block Voja, now all of a sudden, it's got pro-black and indestructible, so my one creature is dead. Then the next turn, I replay T and G, and then a pro black and fight spell happens, etc... THAT is the kind of Voja I think people are seeing when they call for it to be banned. It has so much built in protection, and these Arena Voja decks crank that up to 11.
