Thank you for playing a bass with classic tone from single coils and some midrange presence. I love the Dingwalls and other modern humbucker basses in certain contexts, but the propensity for most producers and creators now to basically mix these basses to be a subfrequency unison to drop-tuned guitars with the presence of putting a pillow over the face of the amp is just so boring to listen to. This is refreshing. Long live the jazz bass (and its clones :D )

Hahah yeah I'm not much a fan of the "standard" Dingwall tone 😄 I luckily found my own way to get this out sound out of my Dingwalls as well, but you can't really beat the JJ pickup arrangement!

I've only known vola for a couple of weeks but was immediately caught by that bass sound and lines, drummer is also excellent. Plus the light show...will be nice concert i guess 😉

Hahah nope! That's still the pedalboard I use whenever I have to record something or perform, but I just wanted to have the same tones as a plugin so I wouldn't need to always plug in to that 😄 Plus these captures are based on the pedalboard and tones I've saved into the Infinity!
