Can injured himself file a suit against defendant as he got injured in his shop. .in the case of that sky light

+srushti Rajgire both injured and his wife can file a suit but in both case defendant will be entitled to take the defence of inevitable accident because sky light falls due to the defect in the suspension rod of the fan which is latent one.
