I there a 1 seat. I would like to rent one in August in Spain. 7 people plus luggage regular size. I figure 2 front driver and front then the other 2 then 2 then 1 very rear plus space for luggage next to the 1 seater in the back.

So the triple seats can only go in the very rear position? In the brochure on the VW website it shows that it can go in the middle row? So you can have a double, then triple, then luggage behind?

The triple seat can go in any of the three rows but it must always be the rear most seating row So you could have the triple seat in the second row in the double seat in the first row allowing it to be a seven seater and plenty of luggage space behind triple triple seat :)

Yes in the UK this is called a Shuttle it seems. In Germany and elsewhere it is the Caravelle. The UK Caravelle is the Multivan in Germany and elsewhere.

This a Shuttle, not a Caravelle. I have a Caravelle. The caravelle have a rear floor mounted sliding system, with a 3 seat collapsible bench, central height adjustable table and twin single captain seats.. with two matching captain seats in the front.. 7 seating capacity max.

In Australia this is a Carravelle, a UK Carravelle is a Multivan in Australia.
