Volkswagen Polo 2001 door lock assembly - Remontage de serrure de porte

This procedure may apply to Vw Golf Mk4 and some other cars like Audi , Seat & Scoda
In the 5th step I made the mistake of turning the spring in the wrong direction. The lock will work but there wont be the correct tension on the keys
The spring should be twisted in the clockwise direction.

All right. Lubricate the lock after installation. As for the spring and its assembly, if it works in this position, there is no problem. However, the spring must be mounted clockwise.

Tout est bon sauf le montage du ressort qui ne doit pas être loger sur l'arrière. L'idéal est de tailler un petit triangle de 2-3mm sur l'extremité d'un stylo qui aurait la même largeur que le ressort. Après quoi, on pourra tourner et enfoncer le ressort du bon côté. Attention a bien maintenir l'extremité du ressort qui a était fixé (avec une pince ou autre) car il a tendance à vite revenir sur sa forme initiale.

Ишак пружину не правильно смонтировал , так замок работать не будет , поэтому вырезал кусок видео с проверкой работы , конец пружины надо заводить на другую сторону .

So wie er die Feder einbaut kann es nicht funktionieren, wie er die Feder einbaut drückt sie sich auseinander, dabei muss sie sich zusammen ziehen, also hätte er die Feder im Uhzeigersinn drehen müssen. Den Test ob es wieder funktioniert hat er ja auch raus geschnitten...

Dommage que le ressort ne soit pas monté dans le bon sens et d'ailleurs il ne l'essai pas car ça ne peux pas fonctionner . Il faut tourner le ressort en sens horaires et vous allez voir que c'est beaucoup plus compliqué à mettre en place mais c'est la seule solution pour que la serrure fonctionne Courage on y arrive mais il faut preuve de ténacité

Vorsicht vor diesem Video, die Spannung der Feder, wie sie hier beschrieben wird, ist falsch! 🙄 Sie wird hier gegen den Uhrzeigersinn gespannt, demnach mache ich die Feder in ihrem Durchmesser größer und die ganze Mühe war umsonst, sie muss genau entgegengesetzt, also mit dem Uhrzeigersinn gespannt werden, so dass sie im Durchmesser kleiner wird, dann funktioniert es. Ich bin dankbar, für jedes Video, dass bei solch kniffligen Dingen hilft, wenn aber Videos hochgeladen werden, durch die man fast verzweifelt, weil sie definitiv falsch sind, dann macht mich das echt wütend!!!!!! 😡😡😡
