Brilliant car, I have the 19 plate sel and it’s never missed a beat. I get around 41mpg in town and it’s a really comfortable car and handles potholes with ease.

these are lovely cars. i have a 17 plate polo TSI 1.2 really nippy with great fuel economy. i can get from birmingham to devon on a quarter of a tank of petrol! lovely to drive. it's red. and i call her 'poppy'. love it to bits. i like the shape of these newer ones as well. 😃

I've got the Trendline and after driving a top spec 2006 Opel Corsa I must say there are a couple of disappointing things about this new Polo... poor in motion acceleration in mid range gear (without having to change down), no electric rear windows, no auto window wind up when activating alarm system, no driver side under dash stowage and even after 15 years of Polo, the clutch still takes too high. But yes a comfortable and easy driving experience.

AJ you say that you have to get the Polo serviced at VW to validate the warranty. I do not think that is true. As long as you service the vehicle at the appropriate times at a garage using VS parts and recommended like that would be fine.

I’d love to see a review of the 2022 spec. Specifically the Life v Style as unfortunately you can’t get the style with a DSG :(

This is the 95 and the active never came in the 110. 95 has five gears as you’ve said in your video.

1.0 litre engine 38-40mpg in town hahahahahha. My Astra 1.4 turbo is 39mpg standard before any hypermilling. but overall these should be good for MPG, for awhile the ford fiesta diesel 1.5 was hands down the most economical car i have ever driven at about 55mpg on the motorway constant.

This is the facelift that started in 2018 :) there is yet another facelift due to arrive late this or next year.
