This is one of our favourite retrofits at the moment as it's such a difference once completed and makes the Transporter so much more functional with some great extra functions! In this video we go over what the vehicle had to start with, some of the parts we used and the final finish!
As part of this retrofit we have removed the old central console, installed the appropriate AC Pipe so that we can cool the lower Bottle Holder and Glovebox when the AC is on. We then add in the extra storage pockets for the Upper Dash, Drinks Holder and Bottle Cooler.

On my T6 I have the rear factory heater controls located where you have a hole besides the 12V outlet. I'm guessing there no location in this upgrade to reposition those controls?
