Probably the best car in its segment for high speed stability and performance

See that you are breaking down your reviews into segments nowadays, more focused and less rushing. 😁👍

Yup, if video is too long, people don't like to watch.

How is the NVH of this car at highway speeds? I heard the motorbike passing, and worried that it would be poor in sound insulation

It's a moot point, because this is the end of the line for the Beetle. No more production

Heard that this 1.2 can keep pace with 2.4/2.5L engine and handles well / better than Camry / accord but why so many people didn’t know about this and most people thought big cc is the way to go, keeping tune for the Genting climb, thanks!
@YSKhongDriving5 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching - good comment. Yes the Vento is very under stated. Big surprise to many.

Forever Young back in 2013 one of my friend drove a polo 1.4 tsi reached jejantas from jb, took us driving an Altis 1.8 to reach there with a difference of +-40 mins late, they finish their coffee and eaten some me rebus while we just reach jejantas, now Altis got higher spec, more comfortable, more spacious but I already driving Altis really hard and the polo driver has already freshen up, now who’s tired... maybe I’m a slower driver and they don’t understand why I drive slow like an old man. Driving an Altis at 140km/h with high rpm it’s engine is screaming most of the time and hard to accelerate/ increase speed even more, what more to overtake and felt floaty at 160km/h, give me no confident to go even higher speed, now I understand why conti car drivers are notoriously fast, cos’ now I’m one of them 😁

Uncle YS Khong, when u entering the corner, should the leg still on the break or break before entering the corner will be more safety?
@YSKhongDriving5 жыл бұрын
You should brake on the straight and gently accelerate through the corner after you pass the apex. That is the general rule. More advanced drivers do some braking in mid corner to help turn the car, but one should not brake into a corner

@YSKhongDriving5 жыл бұрын
It is a nice car: will suit some people, especially those who want a small car and affordable but with some decent power and acceleration. The Vento is current, while an E36 is twenty years or so old. I have an E36, right now waiting for a new clutch pump to be fixed, so it cannot move.
@selespeed35 жыл бұрын
@@YSKhongDriving that clutch pump is unbelievably cheap (only RM90 samko) my toyota car owner friend says he cannot believe it. it's a very good pump!
