With Girnar Software owning both ZW and PD, I'm afraid PD is just becoming one of those auto channels - ZW has become the present day PD. Please don't share your script writer / creative director (whatever you call it) .. unless you care about the existence on PD or whatever made PD different.

City V CVT is the best value for money offering in its class. 1.1 lack cheaper than Slavia, and better equipped. 1.5L VTEC engine is unmatched in refinement, economy and reliability. But 1L TSI will have better midrange punch. Verna diesel automatic is an underdog. The diesel Engine is refined, powerful, 6 speed TC automatic is reliable and quick, also very frugal. Base model slavia/virtus manual is VFM..

This will be my 1st VW. I want to clear some doubts I have regarding the reliability of the car. Do German cars really start breaking down randomly in the middle of the road after 40-50k km? What steps has the brand taken to deal with the harsh conditions of India? I know the latest cars from the VW group have been tuned specifically for the Indian market and the platform is tailor-made but just increasing the ground clearance doesn’t suddenly solve all other issues. India is a country with heat, humidity, pollution and suspect fuel quality etc. Can anyone answer the questions I have.

the huge ground clearance of new sedans makes them look awkward. It is not sedan any more if you increase ground clearance like that. I would rather buy SUV if i need higher ground clearance.

But in Indian roads high ground clearance is a must, that's why nowadays people are preferring suvs/compact suvs with higher ground clearance rather than those good looking sedans like verna, city

Dude I'm from Himachal and one of the biggest factor we look before buying a car is the ground clearance we have few Sedans in my family and believe me every time we take it out for a spin something or the other do hit the ground very badly so higher ground clearance is a necessity in not so great Indian roads

Pls don't create hype for low profile tyres. Those are meant for good roads. Our indian roads dont go well with low profile tyres. When it goes over potholes, they get torn frequently demanding an immediate tyre change.
