I ended up getting the blow off valve kit and it came with a spring . You reckon it's a spare one ?

I've been told by forge themselves to open the valve and swap the springs if the car had turbo and software upgrades etc

anyone knows why my blow off not working? ive replaced the seal cus the blowoff mount on the throttle body was wiggling, but the air is pushing out to the intake instead of the bov, 1.2 tsi

It’s life time guaranteed and yes gathers more than enough air compared to stock intake

I have a forge dump valve but after like a week or two it starts to slip off any recommendations how to stop that

I’m not too sure why that’s happened mines all good still, Maybe try removing it all wiping it all down as oil may be in the pipe from the turbo and really tighten it all back together properly hopefully this helps

Hey so I ended up getting the exact same one you have for my 1.4t tsi but when I speed up there’s a high pitch noise right before the actual bov release. Has yours done that ?

No noise at all only goes off when I release the gas. Make sure everything is air tight maybe re tighten everything once more and hand tighten the actual blow off valve 👍🏽

its normal, mine does at 65mph on the motorway just cruising. you might just be in boost pressure

Did you have any difficulty with the screws that go through the fuel sensor and are they self tapping. I just bought a kit and the screws don’t seem to be long enough to catch.

The 2 long screws that fit under the air intake fitted fine but with the allen key bolt I only fitted the top one

Is still set up still for sale? I have a 1.4 tsi bmt black edition scirocco.. seems to have the same set up as this in terms of hoses etc.. I've installed an old k&n filter I had from my old golf but onto the standard plastic hoses.. big difference. But looking for something more professional than a make shift filter fit job.. let me know if its still for sale. Thanks

If you turn Traction control off it removes the soft limiter. Well it does for my Seat Ibiza Itech 1.2 tsi. So i presume its the same with it all being volkswagen.
