The main referee reminds me of a marching band drum major which goes up on a podium so that the conducting is seen easier. The Fox 40 is a good whistle to use.

The marching band drum major reference is exactly it! Gotta love a good band reference, extra points for a marching band reference haha

I would like to point out the following: There are errors about 3 points of your explanations. 1. If a player serves before the first referee whistles for service, it will be a replay, no loss of point. (with “thumbs up”) 2. The signal “Ball IN” is done with only one arm for the first referee, pointing down at a 45 degree angle to the court. That signal in the video is for the line judges who don’t have flags. 3.The signal that you refer to as a catch-all for all faults does not exist, that signal is to indicate the player who committed the fault, but it must be preceded with the nature of the fault signal, such as touching the net, and then if it is unclear who touched the net, point with the hand to the player. This signal is very close to the signal of “CATCH” or lift, so avoid using that if unnecessary.

I have subscribed to your channel. It's very helpful! Can you please teach me how to play the whistle well? If possible, I would appreciate it if you could teach us in a video.

YIKES!!! If you want to know the signals that a real volleyball referee will make and how to do it, you WILL NOT take anything in this video seriously. Truly a disaster. ☹
