I watched this video a couple times to ensure I was familiar with the process. This switch could not be easier, 10 minutes start to finish and lightened the trigger pull to a crisp 3+/- lbs. Great improvement!

Picked up the sear kit from TriggerShims.com and couldn't be happier. The install was super easy and the result is a nice reduction in force needed and a super clean break. LOVE IT. Thanks for all your help!

I just bought and installed both the sear/spring kit and bolt shims. Both were very easy and simple installations. Haven't shot it yet but that trigger is remarkably better now. Went from just over 6 pounds to 2-2 1/2 pounds. Break is crisp and clean. I am flat amazed at the improved quality of my trigger. Highly recommended. I had a good buying experience from TriggerShims. The products were as advertised and of superior quality. Shipping was fast and reasonable. Installation videos made the process pretty fool proof. Buy with confidence.

Just put this sear and spring in my 77/357. Took less than 10 minutes from start to finish. Trigger pull is much improved!

This has got to be one of the best instructional videos ever. Sure its not a complicated rifle but your video is still exelent.

I purchased the target sear kit from lance after seeing this video, had it in my hands 3 days later, installed as directed in this great video and my trigger pull was exactly 2.25 lbs like he shows. If you don't like the stock trigger this is a very reasonable and easy install, I had it done in 5 minutes thanks to the great job Lance does in instructing in this video. You can buy other triggers for double or more but this one is a great choice for both operation and value. Thanks Lance!

Owner helped me in a situation where I had bought this sear, installed it, but had a problem with engaging the safety. Thought something was really wrong, but talked to him and got some advice. Had to sand down the safety a bit like he talks about in this video and it worked. Highly recommend this man.

Hi Lance, This sear and spring came into today's mail. I watched your video twice and then replaced it during a commercial on FOX news. Thanks. I have only dry fired because I did this just 20 minutes ago and it works fine.

I can't get the front screw out. Do they use locktite? If so is there a trick to getting it out?
@TriggerShims3 жыл бұрын
Hi, no trick, maybe overtight or frozen.... use the correct driver and be careful ;-)

Lol, that was a while back! Ended up using a pair of vice grips on the (good fitting) screwdriver to get enough torque. Worked great!

Thanks for the clear video. What torque setting would you recommend for the two screws that hold the action in the stock for the 77/357 ?
