He is, Bryan has tools that set him apart from the cast and half his moveset is half counter hit launchers and he has the highest damage in the game only second to heihachi, only reason he isn’t top 10 is because the current top 10 are crazy good so much so that he isn’t strong enough to catch up

Half his moveset? No. Bryan has equal or less than most of the cast. I compared every char. No wall carry Damage, Bryan has above avg dmg while Mishima + Top Tiers do ~80+ damage without walls. Bryan has more "Mid" CH and string mid launchers, I agree. It looks like Bryan has more because he relies on them more. Kaz, Hei, Drag, Nina, King, Yoshi etc... Have better CH, they have i14 CH or less depending on the char + more damaging mini combos or guaranteed follows doing lots of irrecoverable dmg + faster CH. Bryan's CH are i16 (QFC3 is i12 but QCF takes 8 frames). Bryan gets easy kills on one launch true but, it's why high level Bryans usually only get 1 CH per round and a maximum of 3 match with a majority of the kills resulting from Hatchet, d4, db3 and df1,1,...2 pokes... Or Jet Upper/Orbital Launches, which ARE NOT CHs.

To add. Only Lee, Lili and King seem to have the least carry damage (I could be wrong and you could add others). with carry the whole cast can do 85~98 damage on the low end. But with great optimisation I get 98 damage on Azucena, 85 with Lee + his up3 ~16 damage, 92 with Lili, ~89 with Reina and ~91 Leo. See how Bryan isn't that far?
