Sir hamare plant me 200 kw ki 4 motor hai jiska ek lead hamesa melt ho jata hai ek ko chod ke sab me VFD laga hai par lead melt hone ke baad bhi VFD trip nahi hota aur ye problem bar bar aati hai ab hamko har 10 days me terminal titness karna padta hai aur is plant ha voltage unbalance hai par kya kare kuch samaj nahi aa Raha hai

Sir...I checked vfd incoming current that's value is 10 amps...but when checked vfd outgoing (motor side) then value shows 30 amps... That means vfd saving power...but my question is...what phenomenon happen in vfd that's reason outgoing current is greater than incoming current.

No there is a phenomenon. Output voltage is less than supply voltage hence total power remains same. Remember energy can neither b created nor b destroyed.

When i was start motor with VFD then motor get start but not achived full frequency and also in some motor i was set frequency 50hz but it was running at 7-8hz then motor get stop then running at 7-8hz then stop. What is this problem? Plz get me answer....
