If you build this farm in the middle of the sea, where the seabed is high, the farm will have no problems and work, the raiders will not be able to go anywhere and will not be stuck. TIPS TO MAKE THIS MORE EFFICIENT: - get as far as you could from any villages near you - make this on a plains biome. - cover up caves and try flattening the area around your farm (80 blocks away from the top part of the bed) - a nearby outpost will be very convenient for resetting - Evokers will summon Vexes even if they don't see you after you hit them (so make sure they die when you hit them). - Switch to Hard Mode and try to get multiple captains to level up your bad omen effect Can't see my previous comment so I just copied this from my video

I had my doubts after reading some of the comments, but this farm worked perfectly without any Vexes spawning for me (MC 1.21). I just had to make sure to stay underground during the entire raid. I made this in a Savana. Also tried another one way out at sea, but it wasn't worth the hassle of building the platform which has to be MASSIVE otherwise the pillagers will spawn in the water and the raid will stall until you go kill them.

You can also build 22 blocks down and do it with a trapdoor instead of a boat but have vilagers

I built this in superflat - just had to raise it a couple of blocks above the ground. I did kill quite a few villagers as I found that they tended to get caught by my hits as I tried to kill the pillagers etc, so I swapped out the killing chamber for a simple campfire on top of a hopper with slabs giving me just enough view to hit the raiders. Do not hit evokers once you get to the later waves - they drop totems of undying anyway. In fact as long as you kill at least one raider in the first or second wave, you can just sit back and let the lave and fire do the work and still end up with loot and hero of the village.

Here's a couple tips for anyone building this farm -Don't hit the evokers. They will spawn vex even if they can't see you -You don't need to hit the pillagers (unless you want xp) -You need to hit the vindicators if you want emeralds. They only drop emeralds when killed by the player -Be careful, pay attention, and have fun

Your tutorials are the best bro! Note to anyone planning on making it, make sure you do it in an area where there are no caves nearby as the raid mobs will get stuck and spawn in there. Also, this worked for me on Java 1.21.

good 👍. doesn't require lots of materials, super easy to set up, and works great. (also you can add a bell so that you can see where the illagers are without poking your head out and possibly getting bitten by a ravager) (and with witches you need to hit them multiple times but who cares)

i made that one and even tho it worked it wasn't completely efficient in the 1.21 i basically couldn't do it in afk and it was very buggy (the raids sometimes refused to start), so i just got the totems and emeralds i needed an then i stopped using it i'm gonna try this one now

HOW TO SEMI-AFK THIS FARM While running this farm through my first raid, i found out that 1. Vindicators only spawn vex’s if you hit them with an axe. DO NOT HIT THEM. They die without spawning vex’s if you just let them die naturally. 2. Witches use Fire Resistance potions once they get into the boat and clog it up. To fix this, i simply replaced the cauldron with a block of obsidian.( or any other solid block) while this does SLOW down the killing of the mobs, it also fully kills the witches. There is no fully AFKing this farm unless you can find a way to drink the omen potion when the raid ends. I find that you can start one raid, then while the raid is activated, drink another one. This starts the timer on the next potion, activating it when the first one ends. Hope this helps.

HEAVILY unreliable. Sometimes vexes spawn, and sometimes they don't. Gave me the biggest scare of my life. I waited 5 tics as I was supposed to, but the killing machines sometimes still spawned. Unbelievable. Along with this, I built it in the plains next to a lake, and of course they got stuck on the other side. I was also playing on hardcore, so you can imagine my scare when vexes attacked me. This farm relies a lot on whether or not you have caves or lakes next to you, and even then vexes can just spawn and kill you sometimes. I got one totem, which was from forcefully killing a raid wave across the lake, and having to battle vexes. Will go with shulkercraft, and I don't think Ill ever use another raid farm made by this dude, as I have had similar experiences with vexes sometimes spawning and just ruining a hardcore world. Shame.

I tweaked the design to work the best I just made it over the ocean deep ocean in persific and it works like a charm sure voltrox designs have always needed tweaking for me but it’s not that bade this time since I made is bad omen bottle farm and since I didn’t realised fences had to not be flammable I was annoyed intill I realised I could use camp fires and make it lower so they fall on the camp fires and die still it’s rather coltrox is dumb and me smart or voltrox just gets to lazy to think there the designs completely

I recently watched a ShulkerCraft video and it took me a while to build because it was an expensive one and it didn't work.(Not hating on him). He has some really great builds! i’m going to be honest. i play on java. this is BETTER THAN NOTHING. especially if you’re very early game. but vexes will spawn if you don’t kill the evokers quick enough with the axe. you have to be ON IT and paying attention. so it’s good for totems early game. sometimes raid mobs will wander away or won’t find their way, so you have to go up the ladder and get their attention and bring them back. i’ve found myself sometimes breaking the boat (skill issue) but obviously that’ll happen. lots of the items also don’t go into the hopper, they just come into your inventory, so invetween waves, empty that inventory!

I don't know if they had an update, but when I tried this farm in my survival world, the effect logo looked different, and was lasting for 1:40:00, and not 30 seconds, even though it may not work for the new version, this was a fantastic and easy-to-follow tutorial!

Okay, so, I have some problems with this; For some reason only the pillagers will walk into it, while all the other mobs just run around it. The witches, they go in, but when they start to take damage from the cauldron, they just drink a fire resistance potion. The ravagers, they try to go in but for some reason can't path-find their way around the stone wall and just walk into it.
